Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical, aesthetic, regenerative, IV therapy, peptide, and wellness services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments for services rendered, partially rendered, or missed appointments are non-refundable.

2. Medical and Aesthetic Services

Once a medical or aesthetic service has been initiated or completed—including but not limited to injections, IV therapy, PRP, peptides, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, or consultations—no refunds will be issued.

Clinical outcomes vary by individual, and dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Packages, Bundles, and Prepaid Services

Prepaid packages and bundled services are non-refundable.

Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing.

Unused services within a package may expire according to the terms disclosed at purchase.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

Membership benefits apply only during the active billing period and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Cancellation of a membership must be completed prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

5. Products and Retail Sales

Retail products, supplements, skincare, peptides, and take-home items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective at the time of purchase.

Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase with proof of purchase.

6. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Body Biology reserves the right to require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings following late cancellations or no-shows.

7. Deposits

Deposits secure appointment time and provider availability and are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward services rendered if proper cancellation notice is provided.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Body Biology in rare circumstances, such as:

Medical contraindications identified prior to treatment

Provider-initiated cancellation

Any approved refund or credit does not establish a precedent for future cases.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Body Biology may result in termination of services and future booking restrictions.

We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors to dispute chargebacks, including signed consents and this policy.

10. Policy Modifications

Body Biology reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
